What audiences you speak for?

I focus on companies where the customer experience is critical to success. With that being said; I’ll adjust the content to a sales audience, customer service audience or the leaders that help manage and lead those audiences.

What led you to this career?

A desire to ignite the hearts and equip the minds of people to a positive influence in their lives and careers.

What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?

Details…. I’m a broad brush guy and need help with the details, especially when business is a cookin!

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Creating solid files for each event. If it’s not in the file… it doesn’t exist. A good file ensures a smooth event for everyone from packing before to arriving at home from a seamless igniting experience.

Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work?

I’ve truly been a product of all the voices in NSA on how to run your business over the years. NSA has so much available and I’ve learned from the best. You take from the best and adapt to your needs… that’s how you hit the ground running a speaker business.

What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, and what did you learn from it?

I fell into the trap of thinking my approach wasn’t unique enough. And because of that I’ve been Johnny come lately on the book creation.

What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?

I may not have written any books but over the last 30 years I have created many many custom training programs for various organizations around the world.
