What audiences you speak for?

Aviation is my focused industry and market – Air cargo and passenger, airports, private/corporate/shared, Aerospace businesses.  I also speak and consult with meeting professionals as they want Road Warrior Wellness™ too!!

What led you to this career?

My desire to reach a wider audience in an industry I’m passionate about outside of my practice – sharing simple ways to be healthier and have less pain.

What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?

Expedient follow up.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

Go for a walk, then to my laptop and create an outline to get info out of my head and into the works.

Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work?

Julie Alexander – she is positive, smart, strategic and all about productivity and working collectively to achieve a unifying purpose.

What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, and what did you learn from it?

Flew in the morning of an afternoon event and nearly missed my flight.  Had that happened, I would have missed my presentation. Give myself more time for travel!

What’s a work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?

Working with a group of people that met and exceeded their physical exam requirements.

What being a member of NSA-NT means to you (testimonial)

Ongoing support from members and friends that share their resources, knowledge and experiences so we all have more successes and fewer mistakes!

Something personal you want us to know- can be about family, a vacation, a favorite food- anything you care to share.

My favorite vacation spots are Florida (I’m a 5th generation Floridian) and Victoria, British Columbia (where my husband’s from).
