Covid-19 is one of the biggest events that have dramatically altered the world in general and professional speaking in particular. While nobody knows with certainty what the future holds, the present gives us more options than we’ve recognized in the past.

Mark will focus on three areas: what’s happening now, what it means and what you can do to not just survive but thrive in this new world.

Some of the things you’ll learn:

  • What customers and clients want now.
  • The difference between live-digital and live-in person.
  • How to create new value for those you serve.
  • How to embrace practical realism instead of impractical idealism.
  • Using more than happy talk to stay up when circumstances threaten to bring you down.
  • The two critical questions you need to ask and answer going forward.
