In this dynamic experience, Mike Mooney, a 25-year senior sports executive, will share professional racing and sports stories to illustrate how vital and fragile reputation and trust are and why we have to take a proactive versus a reactive approach to protecting one of our greatest assets! His first-hand experience as a reputation expert in NASCAR and IndyCar will provide proactive strategies to build a values-based reputation to drive more business opportunities. Mike will lead attendees through several group activities that will enable participants to collaborate, identify risk points and share insights and experiences to develop actionable plans to build trust and reputation within their business and NSA Chapter.
