Russ Burch has been in the world of sales for over 30 years. He’s several different products, industries, and states.  His career in sales began selling hospitality furnishings through Nebraska and the Dakotas. From there he moved onto automotive software and management software to dental implants and finally commercial banking where he has spent the last 20 years finding prospects and building relationships. In his evening time Russ is also a Senior Trainer with Dale Carnegie where he facilitates personal and professional development courses. Russ has provided this training in the DFW area for the last 6 years. 

 Russ is happily married to his wife Cindy, for over 33 years. They have raised three wonderful daughters and now spend their time as empty nesters with their two dogs. Admittedly, they are both busier now with the kids all out on their own.
