Charles earned a Master’s in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, where he is currently a doctoral candidate. Charles is a certified executive coach and emotional intelligence practitioner. After serving as a police sergeant, Charles founded Blue Lion Leadership, an organization specializing in group leadership development. Each year, Charles works with hundreds of leaders to help them become even better versions of themselves so they can increase organizational results and decrease avoidable workplace casualties. Charles is a husband, cat dad, classically trained guitarist, and red wine enthusiast.”

A prolific author of more than twenty books and host of The Trust Show podcast, Yoram brings deep expertise in innovation, trust-building, and entrepreneurship. As a professor at the SMU Cox School of Business and founder of the Innovation Culture Institute, he combines academic insight with real-world experience to help organizations build cultures of trust and creativity.
