Elizabeth McCormick, CSP
A decorated former US Army Black Hawk Helicopter Pilot, Elizabeth McCormick flew air assault, command and control, top-secret intelligence missions and transported high-level government VIP’s before transitioning from her military service to corporate management then to public speaking. JJ Conway, ABD
JJ Conway, ABD became a financial planner after returning from a 6-month military trip to discover her house sold, divorce papers, and over $845,000 debt run up in her name. As a single mom and military physicist, JJ hustled and learned how to make money work quickly, yet ethically. She now teaches others the same personal growth and financial management skills that brought her financial security, and mirrors these principles to help businesses improve processes, people, and profit.

Harry Hall
After more than a decade as a collegiate track/cross-country coach, Harry Hall moved into the world of communications, first as an adjunct instructor, then as a professional speaker. His programs focus on goal setting and improving presentation skills. Harry is the author of three books, and has been interviewed on podcasts, print media, local and national radio, and TV. Harry joined NSA-NT in 2020 and is currently Treasurer on the chapter’s Board of Directors. He lives in Grand Prairie with his wife Susie, their son Zane and Zane’s best friend, Scamp (Pooch) Hall.

Michelle Adams, PhD.
As President of Marketing Brainology, she leverages the latest neuroscience research to help transform the way companies better understand human behavior. Marketing Brainology’s own Neuroscience labs collect important EEG data to create better understanding of the similarities & differences between people using the latest research findings. Michelle worked for Frito-Lay & PepsiCo for 10 years; running the SMART Learning Center which conducted sophisticated research experiments that drove major initiatives thru-out PepsiCo. She has been adjunct faculty at UTD & SMU for 15 years.

Charles Heasley
Charles Heasley helps managers become even better managers, and the type of leader people want to follow. Prior to becoming a full-time leadership speaker and coach, Charles served as a police sergeant, where he was also a trainer on topics such as leadership, communication, and crisis intervention. He earned a Master’s in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, where he is currently a doctoral candidate for the degree of Doctor of Strategic Leadership. Charles is a husband, cat dad, classically trained guitarist, and high-handicap golfer.

Vivian Hughes
Vivian Hughes is the Founder and CEO of 360 Mindful Solutions, a holistic performance coaching agency that enhances team connections through workshops that spark creativity and fuel organizational success. With decades of leadership experience across financial services, real estate and automotive industries, she made history in 1995 as the first woman engine assembly supervisor at Chrysler’s Mound Road Engine plant in Detroit. A certified expert in wellness and leadership, she also serves as the 2024 Director of Technology for the National Speakers Association, North Texas Chapter, and is a proud Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni.
